Embassy legalisation and certification

Many embassies in Moscow have their own rules: translation format, appointment booking, consular fees and processing times. A mistake in any detail means filing again.

We prepare the package to the specific embassy's requirements, book the appointment, file and collect the documents. We also help foreign nationals in Russia with documents issued or certified by their own embassy.

Frequently asked questions

How does embassy legalisation differ from consular legalisation?

Consular legalisation is the whole chain (Ministry of Justice, MFA, consulate). Embassy certification is its final step, or a separate embassy service such as certifying a signature or a copy.

Do I need to attend the embassy in person?

Usually not: documents are filed under a power of attorney. Some procedures do require personal attendance — we tell you in advance.
